When you use a form on this website or contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share — for example the patient's name, phone number, age, the service you need, address (for home visits), preferred date and time, and any notes.

For online X-ray reports, we also receive the X-ray images or files you upload and the clinical details you provide.

When you submit a form, we also automatically record technical details with it: your IP address, the date and time, your browser and device type, your time zone and the page you came from. We also look up your approximate location and internet provider from your IP address using a third-party service (ipapi.is); only the IP address is shared with that service. We use these only for security, to detect spam and misuse, and to trace a request if there is a problem.

We use these details only to provide the service you asked for — to contact you, schedule a visit or consultation, report your X-ray, or tell you about a training course you registered for.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing, and we do not use them for advertising.

Form submissions, including uploaded X-ray images, are sent by email to the practice using a secure email delivery service. This website does not keep its own database of bookings or images.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Information is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and for normal medical record-keeping.

X-ray images and reports are confidential medical records. They are seen only by the doctor and the team handling your request, and are not published or shared without consent, except where required by law.

You can ask us to correct or delete the details or images you sent by contacting us using the details on the Contact page.

This website does not use advertising cookies. If basic, privacy-friendly visitor statistics are added in future, this policy will be updated.
